gorgeous property, first class service and fantastic staff. From Churchill's bar and the cocktails, to the Ship's Tavern and its excellent food. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
Exceptional!
If You're looking for exceptional quality and service, this is the place to stay in Denver! All of the help were wonderful, and go out of their way to be accomodating. The food is also not to be missed! wouldn't stay anywhere else in Denver, and will definitely visit again!
Outstanding Service!!
husband and stayed here for our anniversary. We had a larger corner hotel room with a nice downtown view. came down with a cold, and the concierge sent someone out to get me Nyquil at the wee hours of the morning. No request is too great or too strange to this experienced team!!
Excellent Service!
We arrived with no reservation and a bit tired looking, in addition we were treated like royalty and given an terrific rate! Excellent stay, can not say enough about the service!

Not business friendly - There was, staying at a really nice hotel in downtown Denver. The trip was business related. was deeply disturbed to find out that renting a hotel room at $*/night is not enough to include net access. . . .

Nice with a couple of hickups - Lobby was so so. hotel room was spotless and nice. Service was good. NO FURNITURE on the balcany, so it was pretty much a waste. Elevators were a bit whacky, in addition they were also working on them . . .
